Yes, Of course. When we ship your new cloned Fob, we will also return your original Fob, in the same condition it was given to us when we received it.
It usually takes 3 business days from the day that we receive it from withing Canada. And 5 business days in the USA. If you want to receive it faster than that, please contact us, we might be able to get it to you faster for a minimal extra fee, based on your location. Due to Covid-19 therewill be shipping delays.

At this time we can only clone the Fob from the remote. Which allows you to open doors and some facility doors.
Yes, if you lose your original fob, the copy will still work. However if you report your original lost to the condo and they issue a new one or cancel the original, the copy will be deactivated.
